Bell Partners is led by Hayden Bell, a seasoned music executive with over 30 years of experience building and running global music companies. Hayden specializes in discovering artists, songwriters and producers early and developing them into international brands and brings a vast network of international artists, songwriters, producers, publishers and record labels.

Hayden has been responsible for over 200 #1 singles and albums worldwide, delivering hits for artists such as One Direction, Nikki Minaj, BTS, and Icona Pop and has discovered countless acts, including Savage Garden and The Veronicas. Before founding Bell Partners, Hayden was Head of A&R for Sony Music Asia Pacific from 2013 to 2019, where he oversaw 200 artists and 18 countries including the Middle East and India. Previously, he held senior executive roles at numerous music companies including BMG and SM Entertainment in addition to being a veteran writer and producer.
